Panamá Pacífico
Contratistas Civiles, S.A. has been a key player in the residential development of Panama Pacifico, executing multiple phases of single-family home construction. These projects include the building of 18 single-family homes, 12 single-family homes, 10 single-family homes on two occasions, 13 single-family homes, and 8 single-family homes, each representing significant individual project values. They have also been responsible for completing residences that were left unfinished by another contractor through administrative management.
Productos Alimenticios Pascual Plant
Reconditioning Project for the Wastewater and Industrial Water System of the Pascual Food Products Plant. Design of a new system. Excavation and installation of pipelines inside and outside the Pascual food production plant. Construction of pumping pits. Interconnection to the IDAAN line.
Costa Norte Loading Facility (AES) – Telfers Island, Colón
Earthworks, concrete paving, utility corridors, fencing, bolt installation, foundations for the loading facility, and fuel lines.
Residencial San Gabriel
This project in Nuevo Arraiján involved earthworks and the construction of public infrastructure, along with 417 single-family homes, representing one of the largest undertakings.

Earthworks and construction of public infrastructure and 75 single-family homes.
Residencial Villa Serena
Earthworks and construction of public infrastructure along with 44 single-family homes.
Residencial Villas de Bosquemar – Gorgona
Earthworks and construction of 17 semi-detached homes.
